Mr. Peter Lam, M.H. Standing Committee Member

Mr. Peter Lam is the Managing Director of Royal China Group; growing upin an international hub like the UK enables him to spread the essence of Chinese cuisine and culture around the world.

Mr. Lam is the Vice Chairman of the Heung Yee Kuk New Territories Overseas Advisory Committee and was the Chairman of London Chinatown Chinese Association. He was a recipient of the Outstanding Chinese Youth Award in 2016. As the Tai Po Rural Committee turned 60 in 2019, Mr. Lam was also elected as the Chairman of the 20^th Tai Po Rural Committee.
