Tan Sri Dato' Koo is a renowned Malaysian Chinese entrepreneur and a well-known figure in both the Malaysian business world and the Malaysian Chinese community. In 1994, together with his best friends, he founded Perfect (China) Co., Ltd. (Perfect) in their hometown, and has since then achieved numerous outstanding accomplishments in philanthropy, economy and cultural exchange between Malaysia and China. Following his appointment of J.P. in 2000, he had been bestowed the title of D.P.T.J. in 2002 and 2010, he was honorably awarded by The Sovereign of Malaysia the prestigious order of P.S.M.

Under the leadership of Tan Sri Dato' Koo, Perfect has evolved into a modernized and integrated enterprise, comprising a full range of solutions from research and development, manufacturing, sales, and after-sales services, reaching the annual goal of making over ten billion dollars' worth of revenue. To date, Perfect owns thirty-four branches, six offices, and more than 10,000 chain outlets have been established in various provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities in China. The enterprise has also established production bases spanning a total area of more than 1,100 mu (approximately 733,300 square meters) in Yangzhou, South China region and Huaibei while establishing its innovation center in Shanghai.
